OVERVIEW
The purpose of the NBCRNA CPC Program presentation is to provide information related to the development and implementation of the CPC Program, explanation of the CPC Program components and allow the opportunity for interactive dialogue on the future of credentialing for nurse anesthetists.
OBJECTIVES
- Provide an overview of nurse anesthesia credentialing and current trends in continued competence.
- Explain the background and rationale for the Continued Professional Certification (CPC) program for nurse anesthetists.
- Describe the components of the NBCRNA Continued Professional Certification (CPC) program for nurse anesthetists.
- Discuss the timeline for implementation of the NBCRNA Continued Professional Certification (CPC) program for nurse anesthetists.
- Address common questions related to the CPC program for nurse anesthetists.
