Eat, drink and be cheery KYANA PAC Fall 2009 fundraising event
at the KyANA Fall meeting at the Lexington Hilton.
Saturday October 17, 2009
6:30 pm (or at conclusion of KyANA meeting) until 9pm.

This is your chance to have fun, while supporting a great cause--your profession.  This meeting's event will involve two wonderful combinations to put you in a great cheery mood.  Superb food and drink.  Chef Travis, from Louisville' Wild Thyme Catering, will entertain both our stomachs and minds.  He combines natural local ingredients with his unique culinary style.  He will prepare several appetizers, snacks and treats for us to enjoy as well as learn to prepare at home.  He will indulge us in some of his specialties.  To compliment our culinary cooking eating experience we will also have Ginger Flowers giving a Maker's Mark Tasting experience.  This will be a fantastic opportunity to indulge and learn more about Kentucky bourbon and Maker's Mark from one of the regions experts.  Each attendee will receive a  hand dipped red wax souvenir glass.  Beer, additional Kentucky bourbons and Kentucky's own Smith-Berry winery wines (Those attending the 2008 Shaker South Union event will remember how good they were) will also be available for consumption.

Cost is $100 donation to the KyANA PAC per person.  Those who donate at the Governor's level ($1000/person/year) will always be admitted to that year's fundraising event for free.  This is open to all who wish to donate to the KyANA PAC and is not limited to Kentucky residents.

As always, there will be an additional fundraising auction at the close of the event.  There will be several items including a Maker's Mark gift basket, Chef Travis goodie basket, Smith-Berry Winery gift basket, all things CRNA basket and more.

Those who have attended previous fundraising events know how much fun we can have while raising money for your profession.  Your KyANA PAC is a volunteer  organization that is working very hard maintain your profession and your ability to practice in Kentucky as you currently do.  If you were not able to attend previous events, now is your chance to eat, drink, and be cheery while having a great evening and keeping your profession strong.

As a reminder the KyANA PAC contribution cycle is yearly (calendar year) and separate from the AANA PAC (we receive no funds from the National PAC). 

If you are interested in donating items or gift baskets for the auction, please contact us and remember your "in-kind" donation of items will count towards your $1000 Governors 2009 level.

If you are unable to attend the meeting or event, you will still be able to make a final sealed bid for auction items prior the event via email or phone.
Please note the Kentucky PAC law requires that all PAC donations be from individuals or individual LLC (no corporations or business) and we must report employer name (or if self employed then the name in which your do business as) with your donation when documenting PAC donations.  Annual limit is $1500 per individual.
